Delivery Driver

TAP ROOM BARTENDER

Job Duties:

      Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations.

      Providing a positive and friendly experience by interacting with customers.

      Taking beverage orders from customers and serving drinks as requested.

      Collecting money for drinks served and providing change as needed.

      Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers.

      Collecting and washing glassware.

      Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area.

      Complying with all food and beverage regulations.

      Limiting customer problems by restricting alcohol intake and attempting to curtail inappropriate behaviour.

      Assisting with moving of furniture indoors and outdoors to suit customer or event needs.

What we are looking for:

      Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

      The ability to multitask and work under pressure.

      Attention to detail and diplomatic conflict resolution.

      The ability to stand for long periods.

      High standards of personal presentation and hygiene.

      Bartender experience and/or a knowledge and love for beer desirable!

 

Hours & Dates required to work:

Core opening hours are:
Fridays 4 – 11
Saturdays 12 – 11

Opportunities for extra shifts for events outside core hours.

DELIVERY DRIVER 

We are looking for a friendly delivery driver to join Team Brummie to safely distribute our Brummie beers to our awesome customers.

Read on to find out what the role involves, what we are looking for & what you can expect from us. 

 

What the role involves:

 

Delivering cask, keg and canned beer to trade customers and personal homes.
Collecting empty casks and kegs from bars and restaurants.
Loading and unloading the van.
Logging deliveries on a tablet, using specialised software.
Assisting in packaging beer.
Taking customer queries in full detail and reporting to the office in a timely manner.
2-4 days per week on tuesday – friday.

 

What we are looking for:

Must be 25 years or older.
Hold a full clean driving licence.
Confident to negotiate busy city centre roads.
Competent to handle complex routes with several deliveries on one day.
Physically fit as the job involves lifting up to 60kg.
Have a basic level of IT literacy.
Excellent customer service skills to ensure a good continued relationship with our customers.
An interest in beer, brewing and the hospitality industry.
